We want you to be happy with your gear. If something doesn't work out, here's how we handle it:
Email us at support@forgedinfire.polsia.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label. Return shipping is $7.99, deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
Need a different size? Email us and we'll get it sorted. Exchange shipping is covered by FORGE if the original item was defective or we shipped the wrong item. Otherwise, exchange shipping is at the customer's expense.
If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect — stitching coming apart, zipper broken, fabric defect — contact us within 30 days. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
