We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@forgedinfire.polsia.app within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and get a replacement to you as fast as possible.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to reship at the customer's expense.
